Banana Pudding Cups
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

3–4 ripe bananas, sliced

1 box (about 150 g / 5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

Whipped cream for topping

Optional: caramel drizzle or chocolate shavings
🔹 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pudding

In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk (and cream if using) until thickened.

Stir in vanilla extract.
2️⃣ Layer the Cups

In serving cups or small jars, add a layer of crushed wafers.

Add a layer of sliced bananas.

Spoon a layer of pudding over bananas.

Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with pudding on top.
3️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate at least 1–2 hours to let flavors meld and pudding set.
4️⃣ Serve

Top with whipped cream, extra wafers, or a drizzle of caramel/chocolate.
Tips

Use slightly underripe bananas to prevent them from browning too quickly.

For extra flavor, mix a little banana extract or a pinch of cinnamon into the pudding.
