Air Fryer Potato Slices (Crispy & Golden)
These are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and way lighter than deep-fried potatoes. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or burger companion.
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

3 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes

1½–2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: ½ tsp onion powder, Italian seasoning, or Cajun seasoning

Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Prep the potatoes
Wash and slice into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Pat dry with paper towels (this helps crisp them up). -
Season
Toss slices with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated. -
Preheat air fryer
380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes. -
Air fry
Arrange slices in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Cook 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cook longer if you want them extra crispy. -
Serve hot
Garnish with parsley and extra salt if needed.

Soak slices in cold water for 20–30 minutes before cooking to remove starch. Dry thoroughly.
