Air Fryer Poached Eggs are a simple, no-fuss way to get soft whites and runny yolks—no swirling water needed!
Ingredients
- 2–4 eggs
- 2–4 tbsp water (1 tbsp per egg)
- Oil or cooking spray (for greasing ramekins)
Instructions
1. Prep
- Lightly grease small ramekins or heat-safe bowls
- Add 1 tablespoon water into each ramekin
2. Crack the eggs
- Crack one egg into each ramekin (on top of the water)
3. Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
- Place ramekins in the basket
- Cook for 5–7 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk
5 minutes = very runny
6–7 minutes = slightly firmer
4. Remove & serve
- Carefully lift eggs out with a spoon
- Season with salt and pepper
