Air Fryer Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry
Flaky, golden, and packed with melty cheese — this is an easy bakery-style snack made in minutes.
Ingredients (Makes 4 pastries)

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)

4–6 slices deli ham

4 slices Swiss, cheddar, or provolone cheese

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

½ tsp everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Prep pastry
Lightly flour a surface and roll out puff pastry slightly.
Cut into 4 equal rectangles. -
Add filling
Spread a thin layer of Dijon (if using).
Layer ham and cheese in the center, leaving a border around edges. -
Seal
Fold pastry over (or place another rectangle on top if making sandwich-style).
Press edges with a fork to seal tightly. -
Egg wash
Beat egg and brush tops.
Sprinkle seasoning if desired. -
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
Cook 8–12 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown. -
Cool slightly & serve
Let rest 3–5 minutes before eating — filling will be hot.
