Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the chicken
- Pound chicken to even thickness (helps cook evenly)
- Pat dry
2. Season
- Rub with olive oil
- Coat evenly with spices and lemon juice
3. Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F)
- Place chicken in basket (don’t overcrowd)
- Cook 10 minutes, then flip
- Cook another 6–8 minutes
Internal temp should reach 75°C (165°F)
