Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced into strips
- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lime
Optional: fajita seasoning packet, chili flakes for heat
Instructions
1. Prep
- Slice chicken and veggies into thin strips
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F)
2. Season
- In a bowl, toss chicken + peppers + onions with oil, spices, and lime juice
- Mix well so everything is evenly coated
3. Air fry
- Add mixture to air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd)
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through
Chicken should be cooked through and slightly charred on edges
